Refund policy

Returns

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email renlabcreations@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order, one-of-a-kind designs)

  • Final-sale / clearance items

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Items returned worn, used, altered, or without original tags/packaging

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours at renlabcreations@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If approved, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since our approval email and you still don’t see the refund, contact us at renlabcreations@gmail.com .

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped to the EU, consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging).

  • Unless the item is faulty or mis-described, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We will refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods (or you provide proof of having sent them back).

  • To exercise your right to cancel, email renlabcreations@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
